Para que proceda la expedición de dicho reembolso, el producto digital debe estar completamente culminado; para esto, el Cliente debe dar aviso al área de servicio al cliente de DOGGYCATT de su intención de reembolso del pago del producto digital dentro de los siete (7) días calendario siguiente a la fecha de la compra inicial, DOGGYCATT se encargará de realizar las respectivas verificaciones y validar que se encuentren en las condiciones de reembolso exigidas por la compañía.
